Please read all policies below before booking.
I value and appreciate all of my clients and their time as much as they value mine. I require each client to fill out a New Client Form and place a card on file before booking. The following policies apply to all appointments.
Late Policy
There is a 15 minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten the service or reschedule to another day. In the case of rescheduling the appointment, they may be charged 50% of the missed service that will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
All appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notification. To cancel your appointment, please reach out to me directly. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours, a 50% charge of the service will be charged to the card on file.
Any guest who does not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.
